Register for the Customer Center where you have secure access to many features including:

1. Placing orders (excluding requests for sample orders)
2. Checking the status of your orders
3. Tracking shipments
4. Accessing Certificate of Analysis (COA), packing list and other supplemental documents
5. Accessing product information including regulatory information only available online to registered customers

Customer Center registration is available only for companies currently buying product from Eastman Chemical Company. If you are not currently buying product, you may submit a question via Contact us.

After your registration request is received and processed, you will be notified via email of a temporary password. This temporary password and the User ID you designate on the registration form will be required to login.
